Extreme Dimension's new DURAFLEX
technology is a revolutionary product which combines fiberglass, plastic, and
flex resins to obtain its unique features. DURAFLEX products
obtain a much higher durability rate than the average fiberglass product,
reducing shipping damages up to 75%. Every DURAFLEX product is
inspected through a rigorous quality control process giving consumers the
highest quality product available with superior craftsmanship. This process
ensures that DURAFLEX products are free from normal fiberglass
deficiencies including waviness, spider cracks, chips, and gel coat damage. DURAFLEX
products come finished with a shiny black gel coat, high quality mesh, hardware
kit, and an installation guide. With such attention to detail, DURAFLEX
products are surprisingly affordable, roughly 50% of the cost of a comparable
high quality JDM product. DURAFLEX products include many
advantages of both fiberglass and poly- urethane aerodynamics, while leaving out

Duraflex Paint Preperation
Duraflex parts require being sanded with 180 grit
sandpaper to find any finish blemishes such as chips, scratches, and pin holes.
Once the entire part has been 100% sanded it will require light body filler work
to correct the blemishes and then the part can be primered and then sealed
before it is painted. This procedure is the same for any fiberglass based brands
such as Duraflex, AIT Racing, VFiber, VIS Racing. Fiberglass based parts are
never shipped in a prepped, primed, and ready for paint condition. The more time
your installer spends on prep work the better your paint and final product will
be.
**Surface scratches, pin holes, and gel coat
chips do not deem a product defective and are part of a normal preparation
process.
Carbon Creations
Carbon Creations designs and manufactures
innovative and creative aerodynamic styles in carbon fiber. This product line
focuses entire on carbon fiber products designed specifically for your vehicle.
Each product is manufactured with the highest quality standards and inspected by
our quality control team before leaving our facility. These products utilize
Grade “A” carbon fiber material and are finished with a high quality clear
coat with UV protection. Our products are designed to be as light as possible
while retaining durability and ensuring safety. Carbon Creations products are up
to 70% lighter than OEM factory parts. Over the past few years, Carbon Creations
products have been widely exposed by the media as being the most prestigious
carbon aerodynamic brand in the industry.
Couture Poly-Urethane
Couture polyurethane revolutionizes the industry
with its new luxurious aerodynamic line. Each product is skillfully designed and
crafted resulting in a high quality creation which includes instruction guide,
hardware kit, mesh grille, and an authenticity card. Couture aerodynamics is
recommended for the serious enthusiast that wants OEM specifications for
quality, fitment, and durability.
Aerodynamics and ground effects are shipped
unfinished and require prep-work before painting. Always dry fit your parts
before starting any prep work or painting. Some modifications to stock mounting
hardware may be necessary and may require some fabrication of brackets and
mounting hardware. We advise professional installation at a facility with custom
car and body kit experience. We do not advise installation by collision only
repair shops.
Delivery Inspection:
On any over sized freight truck / tractor
trailer deliveries you must inspect all packages immediately in the presence of
the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all parts have been
inspected. This means you must open the box and remove each item to inspect it
for concealed damage.
Aerodynamics orders may have concealed damage and
if not noted at delivery you forfeit your ability to file a claim on the
shipping insurance. It is important that you are aware of this and follow this
policy to ensure you are fully covered in the event there is a problem. If you
find damage to any items in your order please note them on the delivery bill and
sign for the package. Please contact us through our customer service claim
system described below to start the claim process. Once your claim has been
electronically received our staff will process it onto the shipping warehouse
from where your order originated for resolution.
